Whole World Products Inc. Warranty, Shipping and Return Policy


In order to bring you the LOWEST prices every day, Whole World Products has connected with the Best Suppliers around. Not all of our suppliers use the same shipping methods, so your order may arrive via different carriers, and at different times, depending on the shipping location, however you can rest assured that, at your request, we can and will provide you with all tracking information necessary so you can remain informed about your order.

 

WARRANTY:

All of our items are fully guaranteed from any defects for a minimum 30 days.

Some merchandise is guaranteed for 1 YEAR from original date of purchase.

Defective products returned to us in original packaging with all accessories and owner’s manual will be replaced, repaired, or credited.

If the product description does not mention a warranty period, the standard 30 day warranty applies.

Products with a 1 year guarantee,  found to be defective within 1 year of the original purchase date will be replaced with an identical item.

Some manufacturers may offer a limited warranty above and beyond the standard 30 day or 1 year WWP replacement warranty, and any issues with said product, beyond that 1 year time frame, must be handled through the products manufacturer.

All returns must be pre-authorized and shipped prepaid to the address we will provide you with.

Any product returned without prior notification will not be credited or replaced.

 

 

ELECTRONICS:

Any electronic items that have been installed (Car Audio, video etc.) can not be returned. Speakers that are blown may have to be inspected prior to replacement by the manufacturer. Any item that needs to be replaced must be authorized, and shipped (prepaid) to the address that we will provide you with.


SHIPPING DAMAGE:

All freight/shipped orders must be inspected for damage BEFORE you accept the item. If damage is not discovered or noted and a shipment is accepted and signed for then Whole World Products Inc. is not responsible for replacing the product. Signing for a shipment without noting damage on the Bill of Lading is stating that the shipment was free from damage and in perfect condition. ALL Freight deliveries must be inspected, no matter how large the order or product is. There are no exceptions to this policy.

If a product arrives damaged, Whole World Products Inc. must be notified immediately. Once we are notified, a claim will be placed with the corresponding shipping company. Once the claim has been resolved, the product will need to be sent back and the replacement will be sent out.

 

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds of any kind will only be issued to the original purchaser. You will be refunded in the same manner of payment of which you paid originally. For example, if the order was placed with a Pay-Pal account then it will be refunded to that same Pay-Pal account, or you may request a store credit. 

A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all non-defective items returned for a refund, unless a store credit is requested. For returns requesting store credit, the total purchase price (less shipping) will be credited & available to use towards a future purchase from Whole World Products Inc. return shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed. If you feel like a return has taken longer than 2 weeks, please contact our office for any questions you may have. Whole World Products Inc. reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

 

Defective Merchandise:

If you receive defective merchandise, it can only exchanged for a similar product of equal or lesser value.

If a non defective product is returned and there is no exchange, a 25% restocking fee will be charged*. If you are returning a product that is defective or incorrectly shipped for a refund, then you will be refunded for the cost of the item only.  * See RETURNS & REFUNDS above for complete details.


CANCELATIONS: 

If, for any reason, an order is canceled before it is shipped only 85% of the original order amount (15% Cancellation Fee) will be credited back to the account used for purchase in order to cover bank fees.
